I may have figured out the way to nest pages within pages, but for the life of me cannot solve the mystery of double posting pages on my site. See up there, where it says ‘What This Is” and then over there to the right, how it says THE SAME (let’s call it everlovin’ redundant) THING?

So instead of fighting I have chosen to be at peace with this process by posting this SOS, at the very least leaving a record for myself to one day laugh at .. such is how much I trust this will be resolved.

It is also difficult to locate and navigate in and out of the trash. They keep Oscar deeply hidden here in WordPressland and if you ask me, that has to fall into a category of hateful ism. ‘Nothing to see here folks… No trash here! Keep it moving…’ Seriously, can we just agree that a trash icon placed in plain view can be a good and worthy thing?

I feel the need to say this: This post has no other purpose than to exist where I intend it. Such is the level of my expertise, to make a post, have it land where I wish, and sit there, proud of itself yet humble in expectation that someone will actually tutor me through this simplest of executions. Without feeling retarded. Without shame. Without feeling I’ve failed. The post remains the same.

In other news, the day was spent trying to edit/rewrite copy for the most popular diamond shapes. This is not the most fun I’ve known (but check out that brilliance! Oooh and weee) In fact I DO feel retarded, ashamed and something of a failure that I cannot hammer it out more effectively than all this.

Oh and finally this: I DO like myself in spite of the retardation and learning curves alike and all the whatnots and haveyous. Thank you very much. Now someone please help me.

Capn’s blog: Day two driving the minivan, eyeing the Hennessy™ but none too closely. It will be there when I cross the state line. The scenic route was a wise choice; myriad historic lookouts displaying new-to-me information and chance witnessing so many telltale piss-in-the-snow markings. Just so we both know, yes, this endeavor will become permanent.

Diamonds Are A Girl’s Best Friend

My very first assignment working for The Umbrella Agency™ has me on a quest for knowledge about the most sought after stone I never knew I desired: Diamonds.

Thankfully Bryan at TUA collected the droll 4Cs that I am now grateful to sift only through yards of information on the internet about the most popular individual cuts.

Cue my desire! Did you know that that fierce looking square shape has a name none other than Princess? And that the industry standard for brilliance, the Round cut, was mathematically designed by engineer Marcell Tolkowsky in 1919 to maximize light reflection, brilliance, and fire? You mean they don’t just swa-shing! their way with a laser all looseygoosey? Actual math? Math. Stay in school, kids.

I admit the words ascribed to these crystals are enticing; brilliance, fire, light. Who doesn’t want to sport that Superhero style 24/7? Especially when the man you love inspires those feelings just by saying guten tag or even, annyong-hi jumushyossoyo. Rove you rong time.
